Common questions
How much do projects typically cost?
Every job is quoted on its own after we see the site. The visit and the quote are free.
Is there a minimum project size?
Fixed-price builds start around $1,000. Smaller carpentry is billed by the hour, with a minimum visit.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. When your build needs a permit, we take care of it.
What is the payment structure?
It depends on the size of the job. Typically a 50% deposit and 50% on completion.
Do you offer financing?
We do not offer financing. We will work with you on a scope that fits your budget.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry $2M liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and the crew holds first aid and working-at-heights certification along with all provincially and federally mandated safety training.
